How do I change my dog's calorie target?
Open the plan row on the home screen, the one with kcal/day, meals, and target weight, and edit whatever needs changing. Your daily budget updates right away.
The breed came out wrong.
Photo breed identification is a best guess, and it can miss, especially with wonderful mixes. Tap Change breed on your dog’s profile and choose it yourself; target weight and calories will update from there.
Can two people track the same dog?
Absolutely. Share your dog from their profile and the other caregiver gets an invite link. You choose their access: view only, can log activity (treats, meals, weigh-ins, walks, and training against the same daily budget), or co-owner (full control, including editing and deleting the dog). You can change or revoke access later. Sharing is a Premium feature.
Do I need an account?
Not for everyday tracking. Calories, weight, walks, and training all work offline on your device. An account is only needed for things that travel between devices: backup, restore, and sharing a dog. Photo breed ID needs an internet connection, but not an account, because the photo is identified on our server.
How do I delete my data, or request a copy?
You can delete everything yourself in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This erases your dogs, their history and photos, backups, and subscription records from our servers, and wipes the local copy from your device too.
There is no self-serve export yet. To request a copy of your data or a correction, email [email protected] from the address on your account and say what you want. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and for how long.
Something's broken.
Send us your dog’s name, what you tapped, and what happened instead. Your iPhone model and iOS version are handy too. Screenshots are especially helpful.
